Confirmation of the individual stone
Before ordering, the customer receives the specifications of an available stone. A certificate or grading report is included in the commitment only when its details are stated in the specific quotation.
Payment and delivery
An order enters production after the written quotation is confirmed and a deposit of 50% of the total price is paid. The timing and method for paying the remaining 50%, the estimated delivery time and the handover arrangements are specified in the individual quotation.
Exchanges and returns
The exchange and return conditions for goods made to order or selected individually must be specified in the written quotation provided before payment, taking applicable law into account.
