Keep the approved material, origin, dimensions, tolerances, colour and clarity range, quantity and intended setting. Save the accepted parcel documentation or individual stone reference.
Confirm each new order
Availability and prices can change. Obtain a fresh written quotation and identify any differences from the approved specification before accepting a repeat supply. For parcels, inspect calibration and matching before setting; a familiar supplier does not remove the need for agreed checks.
