Check that the products are equivalent
Compare natural or laboratory-grown origin, shape, carat weight, dimensions, colour, clarity and the report. Two similar descriptions may refer to materially different stones.
Check what the price includes
Record currency, validity, delivery, any additional costs and whether the offer is for a loose stone or finished jewellery. Ask for clarification in writing where a field is missing. Then compare the individual visual evidence, not only the labels.
